LIMPIA
A Limpia is an energy cleansing or clearing ceremony.
Rosemary and an organic egg in its shell are swept over the body to cleanse and absorb unwanted energies and shift energetic fields. The ceremony helps to brush away dense or heavy energies that are collected while moving through daily life. Herbs such as sage, cedar, sweetgrass, or copal (resin) are burned to purify both the environment and the body. The egg is then cracked into a glass of water, read, and translated by the curandera (healer).
