Meet Niccole

Shaman, Niccole Toral, in Santa Fe New Mexico offering indigenous wisdom and shamanic healing

I specialize in Shamanic and Nature-based healing inherited from my North and South American lineages. I incorporate these ancient healing techniques to help deepen your loving, so you inhabit all of who you are.

I have been deeply sculpted, strengthened, and inspired by the medicine and deep magic of what our ancestors and their lineages teach and awaken. These ancient, soul-centered practices were generously shared with me and in return, I wish to extend my love and gratitude for these healers by sharing their wisdom and healing with you.

  • MA, LPCC, CDWF, TEP Founder of Bhakti Heart

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Certificate in Transformational Eco-Psychology (TEP) from Southwestern College, a Consciousness-Centered Graduate Program. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) and Bhakti Flow Yoga Teacher.

  • Over the last 20 years, I’ve spent time as an apprentice with respected indigenous healers from Mexico, the highlands of the Peruvian Andes, and North American First Nations. During these apprenticeships, I underwent intense spiritual initiations, which became the matrix for my approaches to healing.

  • Yoga has been part of my life since my early twenties. I earned my Vinyasa Yoga Teaching Certification in 2013. Then, in 2017, I lost both my mother and father. My grief and loss propelled me to study and train as a Bhakti Flow instructor.  Since then, my yoga has evolved under the guidance of skillful teachers and the lens of my devotion. It was through Bhakti, the yoga of the heart, that I rebuilt myself breath by breath, chant by chant, asana by asana. I found the “love story” within the practice and the “love story” that dwells within all of us.

  • As a certified Daring Way™ facilitator, I lead workshops to help build shame resilience and find your authentic self.

The Daring Way ™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine thoughts emotions and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

Why Bhakti Heart?

Bhakti is the connector, the source that fuels all my work. It is the principal element that ignites my healing. Bhakti is the medicine of the heart and lives at the center of all my work. It embraces and weaves all the modalities I use. It is the reason I work. It is living love, our birthright, our sacred soul essence. It is the I AM and YES to do whatever we need to do to heal and transform.

"It is a calling and passion to assist you in celebrating the fullness of who you are.

I honor the personal medicine that you came into this world with, and the service you provide to the world just by being yourself."
